1. About these Terms
Stirling Ridge Walk Map is operated by CarterGraphy (ABN 75 723 542 620). These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use stirlingridgewalk.com.au, purchase a product from CarterGraphy, or use navigation or learning material made available through the website.
By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms together with any other policies that apply to the relevant product or service, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, Navigation & Safety Disclaimer and Copyright Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Website Information
We aim to keep information on the website accurate, useful and reasonably current. However, website content may contain errors, omissions or information that becomes outdated. CarterGraphy may correct, update, remove or replace website content when reasonably necessary.
General website information should be read together with the separate Navigation & Safety Disclaimer where it relates to maps, routes, terrain, navigation, field conditions, safety or outdoor activities.
3. Products, Prices and Availability
Products, prices, descriptions and availability displayed on the website may change from time to time. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a correction, alternative or refund consistent with applicable law.
We may discontinue a product or limit quantities where reasonably necessary, including where stock is unavailable.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information reasonably required to process the order and deliver the product.
An order may be declined or cancelled where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent or unlawful, or a genuine pricing or product error has occurred. If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to the payment transaction.
5. Shipping, Returns and Consumer Rights
Shipping, delivery, damaged or incorrect orders, change-of-mind requests and returns are dealt with under our separate Shipping & Returns Policy.
Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply automatically where applicable and cannot be excluded by these Terms. Our own policies operate in addition to those rights.
6. Navigation and Learning Material
The website includes maps, photographs, diagrams, explanations and navigation learning material. Some material may be available only to authorised users or purchasers.
This material is educational and informational in nature. It does not remove the need for users to exercise their own judgement, navigation skills, preparation and decision-making in the field. Specific limitations relating to map accuracy, changing terrain, tracks, weather, GPS information, navigation points and outdoor risk are set out in our separate Navigation & Safety Disclaimer.
7. Restricted Navigation Material and Access
Access to restricted Navigation material may be provided to an authorised purchaser or user through a password or other access method. Access is provided for personal use in connection with the Stirling Ridge Walk Map and associated learning material.
You must not publish, distribute, sell, share publicly or otherwise make access credentials available to unauthorised persons. You must not deliberately bypass, defeat or interfere with reasonable access controls used on the website.
If a password or access credential is compromised, CarterGraphy may replace or change it and may contact authorised users with updated access information. We may suspend or withdraw access where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, unauthorised distribution or interference with website security. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to external websites are provided for information or convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. CarterGraphy does not control the content or availability of independent third-party websites.

We may update, maintain, suspend or modify parts of the website from time to time. We do not guarantee that every website feature will be continuously available or free from technical interruption.
Where restricted Navigation material is temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or a technical problem, we will take reasonable steps to restore access.

To the extent permitted by law, CarterGraphy is not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by a user's misuse of the website, products or information.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, these Terms are to be read subject to those rights.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, products, services, policies or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on the website with an updated date.
Changes will apply from the date they are published, subject to any rights or obligations that have already arisen under an earlier transaction.
